        Minutes:



  • The Board voted to approve the minutes from November 17, 2010.
  • The Board certified 2 abutter lists.  Assessors parcel’s: 030-093-00& 024-204-00.
  • The Board signed two departmental bills.
  • The Board voted to approve 1 Motor Vehicle abatement application.
  • The Board voted to approve 4 elderly real estate exemptions.
  • The Board voted to approve 1 real estate abatement & 1 personal property abatement application.
  • The Board voted to approve 3 community preservation act elderly exemptions.
  • The Board started to review FY 2012 departmental budget.
  • The motion was made to adjourn, seconded and passed unanimously.  Meeting adjourned at 11:45 pm.
